THIS IS NEVER RAPE. This should be a crime, but not called rape. Don't pretend these girls are out to 'have fun' - many are looking for a relationship, & don't want to risk the STDs of lying slimeballs. However, it'd be very hard to prove someone guilty. (If our courts required evidence.) Luckily for women, they do not. (They consider "witness testimony" as evidence.) (2007) Women in their 20s are hired almost automatically for ANY job they apply for, if they're semi-pretty or better. When you see "companies simply looking at degree classification" that means they'll ignore decades of studies and work.
