Moving out is the worst possible advice if he wants to be in his children's lives going forward. He needs to keep a digital audio recorder running on his person at all times when at the home. The next time this occurs he needs to call the police, play them the recording, and have her removed from the home, with a TRO against her returning filed ASAP via ex parte. If he just wants to play in a band and see his kids every other weekend at best, then sure go ahead and move out.

Good stuff, along the same lines as my advice. Recently did baseboards and crown moulding in a couple of bedrooms and they look so much better. Not counting tools, materials was only $150 a room.

Not being handy at all is a hole in your MGTOW game, IMO. Start small - buy a small cheap used motorcycle like a Ninja 250 or 500cc cruiser and scour the interwebs to learn everything there is to know about it. Start with basic tool set and add to it as needed for various maintenance/repair jobs on the bike. A 250cc bike typically gets 75mpg so you could potentially pay for the bike in fuel savings if you do alot of driving. Now start doing basic maintenance on your car. There's a Youtube video …

Yes, I was a Compaq employee when HP bought them and she was CEO at the time. They wanted us to come down to the hallway as she walked through and clap for her like a conquering hero. I found something "critical" I needed to work on instead. She went on to make a bunch of idiotic business direction decisions and get fired.
