It's not that I they're not investing. The types that are attracted to me the most are the stereotypical "girly girl" that likes when a dude "take charge" of the interaction. They will make themselves available for me. But as the title states.....

Initially yes, the issue is the maintenance of the attraction.

Now you believe that you are entitled to the results before are unwilling to put up with the cost. That's that hit a nail. There could be some entitlement. If you want to expedite the process I recommend blasting Tolle on repeat. It will help you observe maladaptive thought patterns so you can cut them at the root. Any recommendations? For me, as I was getting out of the phase, I was looking for how to enjoy the process alot more. THAT'S IT!!! I fell out of love with the process, that's been the…

This guy covers what to do internally in a great way IMO so here's an approach that you can add as well. The majority of guys like to hyperinflate the image of a woman they like. They place their own Goddess-like image on the woman instead of seeing her for what she is - a Human Being. Personally, I find that women prefer to be seen as human by the guys they like than a goddess, which places less pressure on them to maintain some expectations. The Best way you can get rid of this "Nice Guy Syndr…

I don't have the full details of what it does but from what I remember it gives you energy and promote healthy brain function. Also incorporate iron supplements for blood circulation.

Personally it depends. I find that if you make the validation a big deal you will lose your "power" in the interaction. I would usually say " hey I find you pretty, however I wanna see if you're just as cool" or something similar. Also I would usually refrain from validating her looks, but instead comment on on her behavior or fashion sense either in a complimentary way or a teasing/bantering manner.

Practice, practice, practice!!!!!!!! there's is a lot of information on this sub tho help with charisma A few quick tips. Make eye contact often. This helps with connecting with people Instead of asking questions, rephrase them into statements. Given For example, if a girl looks fit to you instead of asking "do you workout?" Say "you look like the type to work out. Don't be afraid to tease. It will help to add more fun and challenge into the conversation That's all I called remember of the top o…

You're basically asking about body recomposition. Basically building muscle while losing fat. You need to have a high protein diet to build help build the muscle with sufficient hypertrophy weight training. Jeff Nippard has a good video on this. depending on the sport you're competing in, the ability to build muscle will vary. When I was training for a martial arts tournament, I was doing a lot of cardio, and I could have sufficient muscle density with weight training. Hope this helps.

There is a lot of great advice in this thread already but I will throw in my two cents here. First, consider your body type (muscular, thin, fat, etc.) when looking for clothes. Your clothes should fit you in a way which enphisize your best physical qualities. Bascially you should wear your clothes, your clothes shouldn't wear you. Second, don't be afraid to watch fasion youtubers, and gain inspiration from them for your wordrobe. teaching men's fashion, alex costa are good channel to check out.
