They teach this in many sports coaching accreditation training. The optimal time to gain strength and size is during the year of an athlete's peak growth spurt rate when you're juiced up with natural steroids and growth hormones.

There are hierarchies of philosophies and by no means is TRP at the top of a tree. TRP explains a lot of truths, but there are simipler philosophies/belief systems that explain why TRP works and more importantly, more truths in this World. A lot of people in this sub get stuck at believing TRP is the one and only, holy ideal to guide your life. And if anyone has this viewpoint, they fall under the same ideological groups that TRP hates on.

Take a step back, and look at it from a different perspective hey. We are very lucky these days to even have these choices. I've got a friend who is in his mid 40's, and born during the Pol pot war in Cambodia. He told me some stories about his childhood. Him and some other kids found some chickens in the field, and they went to catch them to eat. A soldier spotted them and started firing at them. He ducked down in the grass until the soilder chased one of the other kids. Another time they cut t…

Making it way too complicated. When given a choice or choices, people chose the best option they have. Applies to everything, not just selecting your date. If you aren't given any choices for something you value, well you become desperate don't you. If you are given a tonne of choices, you do your best to make the right choice. Generalizing with what men/women do just restricts the outcome of your belief. Take the view point of an individual, and things become clearer.

Hey man you are in deep hey. It's going to be hard to climb out. Life is full of tragedy, it's full of pain and suffering. No doubt. But there are still more people in this world that would rather live than die, and that says something. My dad was a Cambodian refugee. He with his family had to walk across Cambodia by foot for a year, 30 km's each day for rations. Most of the time not catching up to the leaders who are in trucks to receive the rations. All this to finally reach the Thailand camps…

> Sure you can seek pleasure, happiness, status etc but all those things will be overshadowed by the tragedies of life. A Fallacy Find something that overshadow's the inevitable tragedies of life, so life can become worth living. Don't bulshit yourself and think that getting a good job, hitting the gym and getting validation is that something that will give your life value.

Have you tried a good, paid personality test? If you have a very low percentile in trait openness, this would explain a lot of how you are feeling. If so it's in your genetics. I've heard that psychedelics can increase your trait openness.

I don't think so, but, the only thing I can remember about my past relationships was the sex.

At some point people should realise what human's are capable of is humanity itself. What others are capable of, you are capable of. If a woman can cheat, then all women can cheat. Not all women do, but they are certainly capable of it. If a man can beat his wife, then all men can beat their wife. Not all men do, but they are certainly capable of it. If human's can commit vile evil acts like mass shootings killing children, then all human's are capable of doing so. But we don't live our l…

Understand how we come to our beliefs (watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S16EHfKRLfc good shit) & don't limit yourself to limitting beliefs. Constanty question your beliefs. A limiting belief is things like 'avoid debts at all cost' that you'll see in this thread. Idiots, most businesses are started on debts. Understand risks vs reward and the chances Understand addiction, how it works, how relapses work. E.g. eating is an addiction. Stay fit & healthy. Physically & Mentally. Build your body…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
