Ex wife got mad at me for telling her AP he could have her and I was divorcing her, so she went and pressed charges saying I had assaulted her. She had already moved out, and I kept texts and emails where she threatened to "tell a lawyer that I hit her and that she cheated to get the divorce faster". Charges wound up dropped and everything tossed like it never happened, police told me to change my locks. I wound up keeping everything in the divorce and she lives with AP after denying seeing him …

I did that and moved everything off the joint account, while she still lived here and eventually closed it. She shit a brick at first...but I told her I am not supporting a wh*re who thinks just saying "I want to separate" is a free hall pass with me still paying her way.

Absolutely not, my lying cheating STBXWs only care in the world is getting "her half". I am NEVER EVER signing a government contract again that allows a woman to take what I earned.

Mine didn't either, just dropped a bomb and told me she worked it out herself in her own head. Turns out there was another guy...

Don't believe her when you know he was blindsided. You may not be the affair partner, but someone was...I guarantee it.

Just shy of 10th anniversary when she cheated and wanted a separation last May, she moved out last August. I'm still not totally healed, and I'm the one pushing a divorce through that I didn't want.

I think subconsciously I knew she wasn't trustworthy or faithful at times, I just didn't want to admit it and leave. It's fine, worked out better, I have the kids full time and she'll be paying me support.

My STBXWs AP was, she lived with me for months still and was going out on dates with him and throwing it in my face that she was sleeping with him from the get go. He knew, and they live together now.

I think it's how women work, period. In the months leading up to being blindsided last year with her asking for divorce and then learning she was cheating and left me for her AP she now lives with, I was the best husband ever as far as her social media portrayed things. We had been designing a new house for when the oldest two moved out, planning to take a trip somewhere nice for our 10th anniversary and things seemed to be getting better despite difficulties we'd had. I was in the darkest place…

I refused to move out, she was cheating and taunting and flaunting it...it was hard AF for those 3 months, but no way was I leaving my kids. She was all over the place, but in the end lied about wanting to work it out and kept seeing her AP. I now have all 3 kids full time, she barely sees them. Filing AGAIN, should have already been divorced but she backpedaled out of our separation agreement claiming she signed under duress(She wrote it) This time I gave my lawyer everything, and said set a co…

That equity should be yours then, I'm still in the home with the kids and it will be a cold day in hell before I give her any of the equity I've paid for since she moved out. Not on good terms here though, she cheated and tried to emotionally and psychologically destroy me and project her behavior onto me with the kids while she still lived here.

You really shouldn't care when you've been divorced for a few years, you're only hurting yourself. She isn't yours anymore and what she does should be of no concern to you.

I went through exactly that, she brought the police the first time she picked our daughter up for an overnight claiming she was afraid of me. I showed the police our conversation and they left satisfied there were no threats made. Next day dropping daughter off she took her to the police station with her and filed bogus assault charges that got tossed out thanks to emails I had threatening to do so months prior if I wouldn't give her money. She did that because I told the guy she was cheating wi…

She moved out an hour away to her own apartment in the city her AP lives in and left them with me. Not that they would have opted to move with her after the psychotic display she put on.

That my man is called projection, she's angry cause she knows what she is and what she's done. They all do it, mine blew her family up and tried to get our kids to believe I was the one cheating, it didn't work...she's gone, I have the kids and they don't want much at all to do with her.

Sole physical custody of all the kids, she cheated and moved out an hour away to be able to continue with her AP unimpeded. She acted the fool for months before leaving, has said she knows the kids wouldn't live with her anyway, and I've told her over my dead body they would regardless.
