This post wouldn't even exist if people (not just women) wouldn't try to be misleading on dating apps about their appearance. This is just a symptom of a bigger issue in society that your close minded self can only interpret as misogyny because it's always men's fault eh?

I know my dude, she reminds me of your typical SJW that WANTS to be offended by anything she reads online.

Lol when did I say that? I have nothing against heavier girls, I'm just not attracted to them (I prefer fit girls like myself). I take issue when they try to hide it and the points I mentioned are simply based on experience and not some PUA shit.

Absolutely, and respect to them for that. There are tons of guys that are into heavier girls.

I've learned these other indicators from my experience: She isn't clearly showing her body in any of her pictures. That means that all her pics are either only her face, or a crappy full-body pic where it's hard to see her (e.g. far away, blurry, gear covering her entire body, etc) Neck and fingers will give them away most of the time. If her face looks fine but neck and fingers look fluffy, we've got a fatty Myspace angle is a dead giveaway

I'll give that a try, thanks bruv. I actually found this other full-body workout that is also 3x a week, gave it a try last night and it went well. Have a read at it if you have a chance and let me know what you think: https://nothingbarredfitness.com/the-perfect-workout-plan-for-beginners/

Any advice on programs to follow? I want to get back into it but my issue has always been that I have no fucking clue what to do once I'm there.

I'm glad you're being honest with yourself, I'd definitely start spending less time playing videogames. The way I see it is that just like music and movies, videogames are just a form of entertainment that is best enjoyed in moderation. If you think about it, what are you actually doing when gaming? Basically sitting on your ass pressing buttons. Will it matter if you lose your progress in a certain MMO? Not really. It might suck at first depending on how much time you've put into it, but I bet …

I used to call myself a 'gamer' just like yourself. Sorry to break it to you, but being a gamer is not attractive at all and will not help you meet women. Does that mean you should drop it? Fuck no, if you enjoy it, do it. But you might want to greatly reduce the time you spend playing vidya or get rid of it entirely, all up to you. (Out of curiosity, what kind of games do you play and for how long?) Start switching towards more social, physically active hobbies that will allow you to meet more …

Join a Sports Club. There must be at least a few associations that offer them in Long Island.

I'm not saying I'm drowning in pussy but I met the past 2 girls I've been involved with through co-ed sport leagues. My go-to sport is volleyball due to the following reasons: You get to meet a bunch of people at once Great workout Lots of girls play volleyball (and they're usually fit) Notice how I left the girls aspect at the end. What I'm trying to convey is that you should do something because you have a passion for it, not just because of the girls. If you do they'll immediately notice this…
