+1 to that. I'm a similar size, and I've noticed that smaller women seem to really like getting 'surrounded' by a man while cuddling or hugging. I'd guess that this is at least part of the reason why many women like their guys to be bigger and taller than them. (Spare a thought for the poor 6' + women who have a smaller pool of guys to choose from.)

There is such a thing as "too safe" - basically, by that I mean a neutered shell of a man or little more than a child. Agreed.
