Yep. I prefer the way they do it in Australia (probably tons of places) - science based. Breathalyser or the rapid drug tests. Can’t fake that, at least anymore :P

I always found the impairment tests ridiculous in USA. Breathalyser avoids all this nonsense, holding up traffic, bouncing around waiting for a car to hit you. And what about the people who maybe just have shit balance?
