You are acting like a woman. Cheating on your gf while keeping her as an emotional betabucks. Be a man. Break up with her or don't cheat.

You are retarded. Levels of testorone are genetic. If you do live healthy lifestyle and exercise, your testosterone levels are limited by your genetics.

You are fat and weak. If you continue bulking you will be obese and the strength increase will be minimal. Cut to 12%. You will be really skinny and weak, but you can lean bulk to 15%. Rinse and repeat.

Fuck off retard. Most of them use steroids. It's all about genetics (your build) and T. You can count every single cal and macros, hit the gym hard and still don't achieve level of their physique. That doesn't mean you should stop lifting, but you have to have realistic expectations. To OP: They look all achievable, but only for 1% genetic lottery dudes and after 10 years of superb dieting/lifting.

Well you still need to take it your whole life, right? What about side effects?

I mean you will build muscle, but it will be very slow compared to others. Even women can build muscle.

Cmon man, testosterone is everything. If he has low T, he can do everything right and still have shitty progress. Low T sucks, but I wouldn't want to take steroids.

Yes. Low T can still be in the healthy range, but it's not good for lifting obviously. It's just genetics.

Yeah, that looks like the amount of improvement of low T individual.

He is not saying that we should stop caring dude. He just wants to know if it's true, what is so wrong with that? I think it's true, but taken to extreme by some people.

Leave him. You don't need to stay in such damaging relationship. He is not alpha, he is just a bully.

It's about testosterone dude. No amount of food and lifting will help you if you have low testosterone levels. You will gain muscle, but slowly and painfully :/

Does not help adults and even if you mew when you're kid you are still limited by your genetics. To OP: It's genetics, only solution is surgery. But it doesn't look so bad imo.

Interesting and true. But this will not help most people. Most people are average and never will be in the top no matter how much they try. You need to have talent (aka genetics) AND put a lot of hours in to that. And even if you do this things, luck can change everything. Examples: -if you have small hands/tone deaf you have disadvantage on guitar -rock climbing needs specific genetics if you want to be the best -school: you need high inteligence (genetics) See? In almost every skill you ne…
