1	Looking for a very specific book about ignoring females Stop doing things to get laid. I think this is my biggest problem, most things I do in life are to get that pussy, so to speak. I'm doing good in school, and enjoying time with hobbies, but still, whenever I get a text or something, immediately my mind's telling me to drop all that I was doing and go get her. 1	Looking for a very specific book about ignoring females The monk mode suggestion was simply an idea that I've read on the trp subreddit, which I'm not frequently visting, yet. I broke up with a girl of 4 years and basically I'm just trying to discover/better myself. I don't have a specific goal to be honest with you, I'm having a long summer break and a bunch of free time, and I want to use that time to strengthen my mental state.
