You need to hire a pitbull of an attorney to fight these false allegations. I’m not quite in the same boat, but my stbxw claims in a PFA order that I grabbed her by the neck when I “accused” her of having an affair with a “friend” from work. The reality is I caught her and she admitted to it. This is complete fabrication and I won’t allow her to paint me as some batterer when I’ve never laid a hand on her. I haven't faced this specific allegation, but my STBX made false allegations against me. What helped was having evidence of her statements that she was actually quite happy and apparently satisfied in our marriage. Think holiday cards, texts, photos, etc. Also like the other user suggests, get a strong attorney that can level the playing field with counter-accusations.

Exactly what I said to my STBX. She sacrificed our relationship at the altar of contempt. It's an active choice to hyperfocus on the negatives, and it naturally leads to a mindset of victimization.

Gotta disagree on point 2. Cardio + weights. At least do HIIT if you're not into steady state. I fine intense cardio to be great for mental conditioning. I'm a swimmer and when swimming winded forces you to deal with deep human anxieties.
