If the reason for arrest was solely because she didnt provide identification that its not solid. You arent required to have identification on you at all times. I dont know about having a drivers license while shes using the road for her bike? Maybe?

Heart rate trackers have at best 15% accuracy loss. So 38 +-15% I have an average resting heart rate of 55 today but I know 50bpm is accurate.

Iirc (from when I got a ticket bear in mind I was terrified) signing the citation verifies that you received it. Its like how signing for a purchase works. Its just showing you legally took possession of the ticket.

This is going to be so racist but I live near Atlanta, Georgia and we are very country. The black guys who seem to have the best look tend to not do a lot of black things.
