I think people in general need to understand that one of the most important lessons primary school can teach you is discipline. You know the dress code, you chose to ignore it, there are consequences, appreciating that is fundamental to your education. We are talking about hypothetical scenario's involving individuals though. A double standard between how this is treated is not justified by a statistical difference in men and woman's strength because we aren't talking about an average woman and an average man. On average, men are stronger than women. However, legally in most states it is still rape, and so the the columnist is hardly wrong in saying so.
