Probably very few people, but the average American household isn't pulling in 100k a year either.

If you put 50k down on a 400k mortgage, at 4% over 30 years, your annual payment is only $20k. If you're combined household income is 100k/yr, that should be doable.

She just wants to limit your options as much as possible, keeping you from being the best you can be. Less options = less fear of you leaving her. Stay cut, keep her on her toes.

Women in the lab...cry when you criticize them. Guess he learned the hard way, women just can't take criticism anywhere.

There are absolutely no feminists on a sinking ship. Pretty much the RP version of "There are no atheists in foxholes."

I read the logs first before your summary, and definitely thought it was someone here writing a satire piece by swapping the genders, right up until the point they actually slept together. Then the real genius of that post came through.

How many movies have you seen where a woman wants to get a man and she's a slacker/loser/low life who has to get her shit together to obtain her perfect man? If that movie existed, how much of a feminists outrage would it be? It sorta sounds like Legally Blonde. For those who haven't seen it, it starts at UCLA where an HB10 vapid clam gets dumped by her rich handsome boyfriend, who is going to Harvard to be a lawyer, who tells her she doesn't bring anything to the table. Trying to prove that she…

I think that's Stefen Molyneux. At least, it sounds a lot like him.

Is this actually real? Reading some of this, it feels so much like people who disagree with TRP decided to study up just enough to fill in the blanks in a Blue Piller's wet dream of a conversation so they can brag about internet points. Seriously, "private areas"? Bragging about cuddling? I call BS.

I seem to remember reading something a few years back about an Israeli woman who had her boyfriend convicted of rape because he didn't tell her he was Palestinian. Rape through omission.

As a man, you shouldn't have a joint bank account, ever. Especially since you're not even married to this person yet.

The justifications are just... amazing. "I cheated on my amazing boyfriend of like.. 2 years. But I had checked out, and he was really negative, and school was stressful, and like... I'm still with the guy I cheated on him with! Life is amazing now."

Had to dig a little to find this gem. Men come in three categories: gay, taken, and undatable.

I believe in the last episode he alluded to being fully snipped. Been so long since I've read the books though.
