-1	Hope this isn't a repost but it sums it up nicely. Yeah, but they said factories. I'd tend to agree with that. If they said tradesmen, that would be waaaay different. Turning the same tool all day vs doing a spectrum of everything that involves your trade is a big gap in skill. Edit: I don't get it. I'm a tradesman myself. Does a factory worker whose sole job is to tighten two bolts on a car door, or paint the same piece, or clean the same item, more skilled than someone who does everything involving their trade?
