The interesting thing with male logic is how circular it really is. Goes something like “I think the sky is orange. I am a man. Therefore my conclusions are logical” with no further thought given. It would be hilarious if it wasn’t sad and disturbing.

The ugly guys aren’t any nicer than the good looking ones and the broke ones aren’t any nicer than ones with financial stability. I grow weary of the narrative that convinces women they’re shallow for daring to want a partner they’re attracted to.

I held out for the exact type of man you describe and I found him. He’s not cheap, provides for me and our daughter (who I’ll be home with til she’s school age). He helps me cook and keep the place as clean as it’s gonna be with a baby. You’re smart for thinking ahead like this. You screen out chuckle fuck dudes who want to waste your time by making him try. If a guy doesn’t have to try at all, he simply will not value you or what you bring to the table.

Significantly overweight. Bad hygiene or smell. Bad teeth.

Schedule it. Especially in the early days where everyone is tired adjusting to the new normal. I know it may sound unromantic but Throwing it on the schedule like anything else helps (it gives something to look forward to, helps prioritize partners needs). Beyond the early days, babies and kids sleep. You’ve just gotta care enough to make it important

I think usually kids come along with marriage. with getting older usually more work responsibility etc takes up your energy as well. This isn’t difficult to grasp.

Do your sex partners not move?

My husband cleans the dishes after we eat the dinner I made. He understands a less tired wife means more energy for sex. This isn’t a difficult concept.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
