I personally feel fine with the first trimester limit. Of course, if the life of the mother was on the line, I’d terminate any pregnancy at any stage, then try to save the fetus once outside. The life of the mother always takes precedence over that of the fetus. Before the first trimester, to give us a limit, even the choice of the mother takes precedence
