Stop talking to her, stop hanging out with her, stop seeing her, stop trying to start something and let her go. Stop and have some respect for yourself.

Came here to check if anyone would post this. What EveryBODY is Saying by Joe Navarro is a very good book, one of my favorites.

Step back, take a deep breath. You’re anxious and overthinking of the worse situation out of this. This girl may not even be pregnant to begin with. It sounds like you’re drawing conclusions from nowhere or no concrete proof. You have no control whether she calls back, or even give you an answer. Accept this and move on. The worse you can do is to keep reaching for her like a stalker. Days will pass, weeks, months, maybe even years, and probably nothing will happen. If something does happen, you…

This belongs on askTRP. As for your question, you gotta put yourself out there. Practice talking to people, even strangers day by day and learn to not be outcome dependent. Meditation and reminding yourself that they’re are other people out there worthy of your friendship out there helps with that. Got any hobbies? Great, find a club and talk to people about that. If you don’t, find something you like to do on your leisure time and other people who like to do the same. Hell you can even do a stu…

Yes absolutely, you can start chin ups and dips right now, after you finished your sets. They are both compound exercises as well. Start with just your body weight. As you progress, you can add weight to get even stronger.

Maybe see therapy? It might help to go to a couple of sessions to get stuff off your chest. It took me years to get over my brother’s death and therapy helped out a lot. If not, maybe talk to your mates and share a beer with them instead of having one by yourself.

This is a great post. It reminds me of whenever I blamed the world for all my problems instead of accepting responsibility. I bet a lot of us can relate. I always blamed my mother and father for raising my poorly. I was always met with their harsh criticism and little of their love. I use to believe that IF they had done a better job of raising me I wouldn't be so scared, so insecure, so submissive. I hated them for a long time while growing up throughout high school and even a little bit of col…

You can also do a PLUR handshake after you make eye contact and smile. This helped me brake the touch barrier, it’s like an unspoken code or something cool you can show around to someone who hasn’t seen it yet. Yeah it’s gay as fuck, but it helps get the ball rolling.

1) This belongs in asktrp. 2) No, what you just described is OneItis. You already know the cons but want to make this magically work. It won’t. 3) Keep her as a plate or move on. Either way, talk to other women.

Jake Glyllenhaal played a cringy character. Who talks like that? haha But he was relentless when it came to his success and goals. Went from thieving to finding something he really like to do. Went from driving a piece of shit car to a brand spanking Camaro. Even through he’s immoral, at least he knows what he wants and what he needs to do to get it. That’s how I saw it.

Oh most definitely, made to be really patriotic. But the lessons are still important, especially duty and honor.

Validation most likely. Either way, you have better things to do. Don’t sweat it, women always flake. Move on to the next.

Stand up for yourself, if you don't he's gonna keep doing it. Do you want to keep being treated like a kid over being "mean"? Real men set boundaries and stand up for themselves. Real mean face conflict.

Focus on what makes you happy and laugh instead of what other people think. I like to think that if people don't like me or my antics, they can simply go away. No harm done, the worst thing that can happen is that they don't like you and you can meet other people who will. It's hard at first but once you get comfortable in your own skin you really start to learn what makes you laugh. Remember that it is your frame. Try reading The Subtle Art of Not Giving A Fuck by Mark Manson.

Always have a condom, never put yourself in a position where you may get a surprise baby. Don’t trust anyone that says they’re on the pill or their methods of birth control, you never know what they’re up to. Always use your own condoms that you bought over the ones that she has.

If you have a chair, leave your backpack on it whenever you pull. Study on the bed together, escalate and then do your thing. Music playing and maybe a lamp to dim the lights.
