2	Female-only exec boards It's all oppressed vs oppressor Marxist bullshit. I live in a country where people my race are a minority though, people my race also completely dominates the economy. At one point it's like people from 20% of the population controlling 80% of the economy. Hence affirmative action against people my race is justified despite being a minority.
