I would much rather see an additional, no refundable child tax credit, like Senator Mike Lee from Utah has proposed. A bigger child tax credit would encourage more families, and the non-refundable part would not encourage poor, stupid losers to over reproduce.

You can tell if it's an act by looking at her family. If her parents have a dysfunctional relationship or are divorced, good luck, you'll need it.
