Don't date women you work with. Make yourself into an attractive man by going to the gym and dressing well. Accept that she will get with him. You shouldn't care because dating women you work with is a recipe for getting fired, and even if you date her, then she'll cheat on you and then you'll have to break up with her, but you'll still see her every day at work which will be painful.

First, this isn't a dreamland porno film and the mother will actually be shocked and turn you down and you will get a reputation in your town for being an awful person. Even if you did pull it off (which you wont') you'll permanently ruin a mother's relationship with her daughter, which from the sounds of things is the only thing she has left. Dont' do this, you'll be branded a shit person, and potentially ruin a lifelong bond and maybe even result in the mother/daughter committing suicide.

I'd move fast if I were you and setup a way to get her into your apartment somehow without her parents knowing - otherwise, especially if she's young, you might find that she just ends up hooking up with someone else if her sexual needs aren't met. I'm guessing you're in your late teens or early 20s if she's still living with her parents - people that age tend to jump between partners quickly in my experience. Good luck with it.

Dude any young woman is going to want to fuck at some point, it's an instinct. If she can't do it at home that is literally enough reason for her to move out on its own.
