1	Not seeing progress in the gym. What am I doing wrong? Tbh, you need to seek a personal trainer. It could be your workout routines. Have them put you on a program and check again after 6 month to a year. I’m only saying it’s your workout since you’re saying you’re eating in a caloric surplus and nothing else is improving. Also, check the effort your doing your lifts at. Are you giving it your 150% to finish a set or does it feel really easy for you and you’re really only pushing yourself 50% during your lift? That and the help with all of you really pushed me wake tf up. At first i was sad, read up TRP and got angry as to how it all "truly" works, then found MGTOW and saw the happy ending.
