They aren't in my area, but I did send them an email to see if they knew any Men's rights attorneys near me. Thanks!

Yeah, I'm in the states. Florida to be exact. I was just interested to see if there is anything out there like you mentioned that could help me pay for legal fees or find some other way to make things better. I'm counting on the fact that she'll fuck off somewhere with a new boyfriend or something soon. She keeps saying that she will be going to school far away soon so I'm hoping that's true. As much as I've tried to just ignore her and try to keep peace until she leaves, it just gets worse and …

I've been extremely calm about all of this, honestly. I was nice to her even when she would come at me screaming and calling me and my new girlfriend names and threatening me with police and such. Only recently have I started to not give a damn anymore and I just tell her what I think of her, but I never yell at her or threaten her.

Thank you for the response. I have proof in text messages of her saying I'll never see my daughter again on more than one occasion. The issue is that I cannot afford a lawyer at this time. I don't get any child support from my ex because I can't file for it and I barely make enough money to pay for my bills. This is why I'm so stuck right now and looking for any other possible solutions.

That was my thought. I never thought either term had any negative meaning whatsoever.

I can only imagine. I'm lucky enough to have the chance to have my daughter 6 nights a week and be the primary parent in her life. I'm so very sorry that you fell victim to the discrimination against fathers.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
