16	Republicans Are Going To Draft Your Daughters Unless You Raise Cain The draft is immoral, but not egregiously so. I think there are potential justifications for a draft, basically only in a defensive war. I don't foresee there ever being a geopolitical situation in our lifetimes that would actually necessitate such a thing, but I think having it available is a necessary deterrent.
