I always like to volunteer a fun fact that's mildly controversial. If you guys can't talk about a topic that is divisive, that's a problem. And typically any sort of controversial political/religious/ideology debate will unearth the things that are most important, since most people structure their convictions around a couple of core central values. No, they aren't parallel rights. A man does not have a right to a fetus inside of a woman. A woman cannot be forced into or deprived of an abortion. If it's a lie, then so are all of the statistics of false rape that mens rights posts. Statistics are not facts- they are educated guesses people make based on a population sample.
