I learned in the Redpill that you can express yourself when asked by your gf/wife. Personally I express myself when I feel like it's necessary and if my gf express something, we'll sit down and talk about it. that is the exact opposite of TRP, especially regarding "shit tests" and your methods of handling them (eg: STFU, amused mastery, and most responsible teenager in the house). I don't believe you for one second. you're trying to recruit here, aren't you?

amused mastery, stfu, etc are all emotional detachment techniques. if you're closing yourself off psychologically, you are detaching emotionally. not saying how you feel and not responding when your SO expresses their own emotions is dropping a nuke on emotional exchange in your relationship, which sends one, and only one, very clear message: I am not in love with you. walling yourself up and icing your SO out is not improving a relationship. the positive reaction you get initially is them seein…

the entire basis of the red pill is detaching yourself emotionally from your girl so she will lapse into hysterical bonding, where she flings herself at you as an emotional response to the revelation that you've fallen out of love with her. this is considered a successful, healthy relationship in TRP and used as proof that it does, in fact, work. here's the kicker: hysterical bonding is just a phase. it ends. and when it ends, it takes your relationship with it. don't do redpill. it will fuck yo…

try actual PhD psychologist therapy, not useless quack license-only counseling. a psychologist will stop you and say, "x problem happened for y reason, and you need to do z about it. let's practice that." counselors go, "weird shit, bro. how does that make you feel? interesting. what next?" I insist because mental illness (ie, depression) doesn't go away on its own, and is generally genetic. also, if you want to chat, my inbox is open. I don't have friends either.

I feel like I self-harm psychologically. I feel that way too. please see a counselor. :( no, not all men are misogynistic. redpillers and their ilk are a minority. a vocal minority, but a minority nonetheless.

if I had a guess, I'd say you need help defining "rude and abrasive" vs "friendly and nice." I know a lot of people seem to think being assertive is rude and being a doormat is nice (people play off each other in social situations, so you providing no pushback gives one the impression you actively don't want to connect with whoever you're interacting with).

zero percent. manipulators aren't only to blame if their manipulation doesn't work. that's not how it goes.

I'm sorry you're going through all this. start with the basics, imo. put on a nice outfit. stare at yourself in the mirror. think only flattering thoughts.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
