There's so many incorrect things about this statement that I fear this sub is turning alt right. First off, the right to abortion is not murder. It's a person making a medical decision about their body. I get that you may be half Incel and half butt hurt the one girl that said yes left you. So, choosing what you do with your body is one thing, that's it. Now back to comparing apples and oranges. If a self sustaining child is born, both of us creators are responsible bc the court looks at the bes…

The conversation should be, the government is denying a USA citizen their right to due process. I don't care if she's locked up for life, but as an American she has the right to go before a court. Can someone tell me when was the last time the federal government banished someone (serious question)?

This is an extreme example and isn't cited correctly. The problem actually boils down to. . Was he's employer still paying him, providing legal representation during he's capture and so on. Modifying child support isn't that hard if your circumstances change. The court, I'm assuming didn't know of he's circumstances when they issued the warrant (the state (legislative branch) just files paperwork based on what their computer says, and once that judicial warrant is issued, the executive branch, t…

You mock but have yet to provide one piece of evidence you are correct. Besides talking about laws that do not directly deal with, what evidence do you have. You are a fucking moron and I don't care what you think.

I have a doctorate in law you find dumbass. You can't even say anything that makes sense. Yes I'm familiar with work laws and such. The fact that you think violence while on the clock when it is not absolutely necessary is protected some how by some law you can't name only illustrates to me that you have a world view, albeit incorrect, that this guy can sue for wrongful fire. Find whatever law you are talking about. I know can't because it doesn't exist. Moreover, your Canadian, wtf do you know …

Nda clauses and non compete clauses are completely different. I'll give you a very simple example. It's legal to wear a purple shirt in all of the USA, but if you work at Wal-Mart you must wear a blue one. P gets fired for wearing purple shirt. All tho legal it's not a wrongful fire. You're argument starts with a huge fallacy, you state that it's a wrongful fire in the beginning. If you are going to start with a conclusion, you must follow with the rule that states it, and then an analysis of it…

You are incorrect. It's not a wrongful fire if the bylaws of the company state you can vee fired for such. Happens all the time. 7/11 employee kills robber and gets fired bc the contract of employment stated no employee can carry a weapon to work or use violence. It's not a wrongful fire if you violate the contract you are hired under. Employee breached employment contract.

I agree with you but for different reasons. You press charges to make your defense of yourself more legitimate.

I would like to see what evidence was used... What if the pics were posted while they dated, from what computer and so on. I like the law idea but I agree with your concerns. Here is the statute in California http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/pub/13-14/bill/asm/ab_2601-2650/ab_2643_bill_20140221_introduced.htm

People want the right to not be offended. That blows my mind! If you are not offended all the time you are not in a free society. Wtf, you want to live in "The Giver" no thanks. I love my freedoms. Great post, which is odd because I generally don't agree with this sub too often.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
