On the gains front, don't worry too much , see it as intermittent fasting , eat your calories at night and you will be fine. You could actually make gains.. Religion sucks dude.. But RP men know how to turn things to their advantage.

Why do you have to take for granted that you have to marry? I know the pressure must be vast due to culture but do your own thing man.

Focus on dropping weight and keep a caloric deficit, not massive though. Keep lifting. When you start closing into your target up the calories a bit towards maintenance and keep hovering around there. You will start recomposing but slowly slowly. You will add some muscle which it will be metabolically active, that means it will burn more calories. Keto is a great way to preserve muscle as your body access fat first, not carbs and certainly not breaking down muscle to make fuel.

Good post... It takes a lot of energy to master anger. It is a good strategy to channel it in the gym otherwise it could have really bad repercussions.. See the quote below, it is really inspirational : Anybody can become angry - that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way - that is not within everybody's power and is not easy. think fast forward to the future, what you might do now as a tatoo in 10 years time you could regard it as stupid. Up to you but don't stain your body.

It is all about what you know and how you have actually understood and embraced it. What i have got to say is : Start training strength Get on Keto, check /r/Keto for more info. If you have a metabolic disorder Keto will most likely help but you need to cut down your carbs a lot. Dont be afraid of it. Also for motivation check Jon Calvo in youtube, nothing is impossible. Check Dr Phinney's and Dr Volek's youtube videos, there is a ton of info there that will lead you on to subtle results. Be wel…

Find new friends, once you got your new social circle you wont even bother about them.

First and foremost, start lifting. Stronglifts 5x5 / Starting Strength, watch the youtube videos how to do the big compound lifts to make sure you got the correct form and dont injure yourself in the start. Once you come out of the gym after a while you will start noticing the difference in your head. Read on. that is the first step, be consistent and the path will open. Slowly but surely.

Don't bother too much about game... Enjoy your time with your friends and the girls and observe the dynamics since it is your first one. Take it easy and things will happen naturally.
