"Hey, Tom. I just saw [your daughter] kissing some other dude, and the show is kind of ruined for me. I know I am your ride, so I feel bad saying this, but imma get out of here. If you need a lift I got you, but I won't be good company on the way back to your place. Not sure what to do here, but I am not staying".

This makes me wonder if statistically a trans-man is more likely to report a sexual assault than a non-trans-man. Also, what's the appropriate way to reference a non-trans-man, without being offensive?

Working at Taco Bell. Over slept. Broke and lazy? You can rest assured, she's taking no one to court.

Oblivious of her own actions, she actually closed with "the cringey-ness" referring to her targets.

At the root... If a human has the fundamental right to kill themselves (which they should), her talking him about it, or in to or out of it, that is absolutely a matter of free speech. Those saying he was in a mental state that made him more vulnerable than another, imply that she should have an understanding of his mental commitment, his mental stability and his seriousness to go through with it. How can someone know that when he had used that threat in the past? There is no question that peopl…

Here's the thing. If you piss someone off enough that they loose their shit, it's not on them for having the lack of control, to give you two hits instead of the one you deserve. It's not dude's responsibility to gauge how much of a beating she deserves. She did this. She's hitting herself. If you kick a dog, and it bites you 5 times, but you only deserved one because you only kicked the dog once, who's fault is it? If you go picking a fight with a fight with a boxer, is he not supposed to hit y…

Is there any legal precedent where a father, who was legally a guardian of a baby, dropped it off at a safe haven? Are laws around safe havens specifically worded for women? Can a man, who is a parent to a child who's mother died in childbirth, legally leave a kid at a safe haven?

Including the classification of a sexual assaulter. They should get what they try'd to give someone. They clearly don't understand or care about the ramifications of their actions.

No, it's just the mentality of so many people on this site to correct people on the "cool things to correct people on" is so common, we all end up reading the fucking things a hundred times. You think he doesn't know? But let's discuss it. The common phrase that is misspoken is "I couldn't care less", when people sometimes say "I could care less". This mistake implies that there is a sum, more than zero that the speaker cares about the subject because it could be less. In the case above, the spe…

No it doesn't, you pompous dolt. He may have not used to common phrase, but perhaps he meant "I could give a damn, but I don't". If you're going to correct someone, apply some thought.

Boyfriend(?) didn't seem that bad. Felt bad for him being stuck with that dumb bitch. He was kind of in a bad situation with no good options. Store clerk at the end for the win... GTFO! Jesus that was awesome.

What up with her "issues"? They have nothing to do with her. She never mentions that he is rude to her, or treats her or her husband badly. She says I don't like the way you do X to these other people. She offers no examples of him coming over to her house and "make me a sandwich" or "get me a beer". She should mind her fucking business and let him navigate the scene how he sees fit. Fucking busy bodies looking for problems and saving the world.

What did you do? Is it both legs? I am curious, because there is a big difference between a limp and a wheelchair. I'm mid 40's. Most of my life I have been told by many people that I am too hard on my body. Using my hands as a wrench, or basically doing stuff without taking into consideration that I'm damageable. Over the past decade most of my minor injuries don't heal like they used to. I have a chronic pain / bruise thing on my left knee, that when touched feels equivalent to getting kicked …

You know how you go to festivals and some women are so proud to walk around topless because most places, it's completely legal? That being the case, legally, what makes these photos any different from a picture with their shirt on?

Her name is Brittany Venti, and she's some twitch game streamer. Most of her "entertaining" videos are of her having meltdowns or freaking out over stupid shit. I am not convinced that this girl isn't some sort of troll. I saw an Undoomed video with her and she was literally so fucking stupid, I couldn't figure out how she was able to function in life. I realize it's possible someone set up her youtube channel for her, and taught her how to record a video but I was seriously baffled, wondering h…

The linked image appears to be highlighting the hypocrisy of Gawker claiming that you should watch the Hulk video as they refuse to take it down, while at the same time they shame another site for not removing Jennifer Lawrence pictures. The implication being that the privacy of the woman holds more sanctity or something.

So the precedent is being followed, and it is that men get judged and sentenced more harshly. That's insane.

You're right. I'm not saying I want her permanently damaged, and maybe the broken nose comment was a little much, but a few of us have been been punched in the mouth for smarting off and it makes an impression. A black eye isn't (usually) permanent. She would have been perfectly fine if her punch had connected and I doubt she would have had any remorse.

She makes the decision to hit him at about 19 sec into the video, and from then to the hit is her working up her follow through. Total concentration on her actions and her own agenda; no regard or consideration to the consequences of those actions. She is absolutely oblivious to the fact that something may happen as a result of her behavior. My only wish is that he would have connected harder and caused a broken nose or some blood to her spoiled attitude and self awarded pretty little princess v…

How often do you think these "hitman" things are attempted? I always hear stories about the people that buy a hitman on CL that are actually soliciting an UC cop. This gives the impression that it never works. But we of course only hear about the ones that are caught so is there a statistic out there that can show if this shit ever really happens?

This may have something to do with age. Not saying there isn't more leniency than if it had been a male 80 year old, but the age factor clouds the PP cred IMO. Agree the driver should have privileges taken away.
