1	Disrespect at work I see your pov, but I dont see eye to eye with it. Theres different levels of shit tests. You can handle them correctly & still not stop them. Theres a reason DARE includes exit. Also, often theres a fine line between toying with the shit tester, soft nexting, hard nexting, & ignoring completely, being stoic & being a doormat, & putting the person on full blast. This situation got me thinking about all the different tools at our disposal, which is why I posted.	/r/askTRP	23/09/19 02:08 PM
