| 4 | Doggy baggedThis reminds me of college when I was working out a ton. I made a huge breakfast (usually a couple of eggs, bacon, watermelon, toast), two lunches, and almost always ate chicken + pasta before eating an actual dinner. I did this for about 4-6 months...I felt like I was always eating and if I didn't eat I was dying of hunger. I gained like 6 pounds or something it was dumb.
