Own Your Shit Weekly - January 12, 2021OYS #1 Me: 30 year old male. Not in a relationship. Long time lurker and religious listener to OYS youtube posts. Background. A history of growing up in a secluded religion with mental models that passed for paranoia of anything that wasn't dedication to this spiritual philosophy or people not apart of it. This was starting point 4 years ago when leaving it. Exercise. Getting back into Kettlebell work after cartillage behind my knee stopped me doing the routine I wanted. Currently on 24 kgs and … | /r/MarriedRedPill | 12/01/21 08:42 PM
A primer on Frame. What fun that day that was. Rolling with the MRP heavy hitters. Unfortunately missed the opportunity to contribute in a way that made sense more than to myself and has me at ease even with a majority backlash on a subreddit I've devoured endlessly this past year and has given me so much, but it was great to be thrown in and given that brutal feedback. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 01/02/20 02:29 PM
A primer on Frame. Not to let your self esteem/frame be taken up by arguments or getting the upper hand on someone in your downtime when you could be focussing on lifting, finances or a whole host of things your headspace would be better occupying. Watching the mental emotional vomit that comes from explaining yourself to yourself. For a subreddit that prides itself on being able to detect covert contracts I thought this was enough but obviously not. More direct next time. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 22/01/20 10:40 PM
A primer on Frame. That the person be it your wife, boss or whoever isnt taking up your mental space to not execute better at getting ahead in whatever pursuit you are looking to achieve. Lifting better, eating better, finding a workout routine or whatever it is instead of running through the last argument you've had with someone that stops you being able to push yourself upwards. Noted though from yours and other comments that it was too vague. Examples next time if there is one. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 22/01/20 10:36 PM
A primer on Frame.Ah well. Makes sense to me and is my own insight which helps immensely. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 22/01/20 03:24 AM
A primer on Frame. Thanks for the feedback. I do recall reading that a few times but it didnt make as much sense to me personally. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 22/01/20 03:10 AM
How much is mental masturbation.Yeah good point on doing it for you. The theory gives way for better interest in workload in all honesty, so if I am answering it for myself it would be that I actually dont give a fuck about others and being social because success should be higher than socializing. Ive spent a lot of time outside of society by default/upbringing and so its been finding place through recent retaining of power through Red Pill theory, but now it is back to individuality and not giving a fuck. Just seems crazy to … | /r/askTRP | 11/03/19 10:41 AM
Being too jovial a problem? Thanks for the response. Will have to try lessen by degree. It has become too much in that people are starting to look at me for a source of humour and the expectation is becoming annoying which is obviously not in moderation. | /r/askTRP | 06/03/19 07:25 PM
Being too jovial a problem?True. Good points. I just feel its half a dominant characteristic by how you can change peoples frame in an emotive sense but at the same time it is too DEERING because you are often playing on a why something makes sense to you. You can get people to reveal a lot of themselves since you are being a source of good feelings which raises you in standard. Its like a superpower and a hindrance at the same time. | /r/askTRP | 06/03/19 07:24 PM
