Yeah but it was a priority seat. As in people with small children have priority over people with a lot of crap they brought on the train. You're supposed to surrender priority seats to the elderly, cripples, pregnant women, and people carrying children under 3. Other seats are fair game.

Although I understand the problem the OP is addressing, this sounds like a... to put it politely... hypothetical story. At any rate there is in fact a support service for men in instances such as these. They're called the police and they don't only serve women and children.
