Tbh, I don't even think there is an overall answer to your question specifically because there are way too many different potential situations. In some cases the SAHP has it more difficult. What ages are they? Are any of these children neurodivergent? Is this person responsible for all/most of the household chores? Is this person responsible for keeping the finances in order? What job does the provider have? Are they away from their family a lot? If so, does this person get stressed by being away from their family so much?
