In the case of pepper spray though, I don’t mean she sprays some on your shirt and gets blown away. I mean that if you pepper spray a cop,he (or she) is going to immediately perceive you as a hostile and act accordingly. And if you actually get them in the eyes, they aren’t gonna be able to see very well and in pain which endangers whoever did it in the first place.
