I don't think I ever said that. If I'm doing volume bench I can usually get in 155 for 8-10. They're pretty bad. Well I'm cutting rn so I'm just hoping to maintain what little mass I have

But the older you get the harder it gets to build muscle. I've heard that once you hit 30 building muscle naturally becomes very hard

when compared to you all they're pretty bad. My goal rn though Is to drop to 155-160lbs so getting stronger is going to have to take the backseat for a while Bp 170 lbs for 6. Op 110 for 6. Dead 280 mixed grip for 5. Squat 185 for 5 (prior leg injury so improving my squat has been a struggle)

Pretty bad. But I need to drop down to 155 lbs first before focusing on getting stronger

But it's still pretty frustrating though

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
