Confidence, to a degree, is situation specific. Other things help and you should work out, take care of your image, eat healthy, develop your career and so on. But: by approaching a lot and having those approaches go well(because you've been approaching a lot and learning) you build specific confidence, which helps you in your approaches, which get more successful as a result. And remember, perfectionistic tendency towards excellent grammar is one of the hallmarks of good game.

True abundance mentality comes with actual abundance. Like confidence, it can't be faked(for too long). It's not a realisation. It comes with actually having 3-4 or more women that you are seeing regularly you can choose from.
