When you don't have enough money to buy the food your body needs you will have less confidence, less energy, less of that alpha mindset you're talking about. Just before reading this, I was filled with thoughts of suicide. Even though I was familiar with TRP, but I wasn't committed to it. My whole life revolved around women and I was compromising on so many areas of my life. I was losing my sanity. So much time that could be spent improving your life spent on something that will never be appreciated? Why? Why did I do it? And now that I've seen this post I am calm. I know I can handle it and I know how. Thank you.
