I've never heard that argument ever. It's also worth noting that the original post was satire.

It's not that extreme. Just don't send it. Not that hard. Edit: I misunderstood. I do think blackmail is extreme. I thought he was talking about not sending pics being extreme.

But if they don't want anything like that happening, they could like, not send anything.

In a lot of ways this is really effed up. BUT if you don't want something like this happening to you, maybe don't send d*ck pics??

This woman is genuinely insane, she should definitely be jailed for much longer. 5 years is not long enough to help, someone that's insane.

Wow, you're mean. You don't know me at all. Why do you think I joined this sub? It's because I support men and women being equal and I don't support women getting special treatment.

You're generalizing and also assuming I'm a horrible human being and I don't appreciate it.

So since I'm a girl I can't get upset at this? It's unfair no matter my gender. Also who says I'll use those "advantages"?

This guy is really annoying. I’d like to watch just the video without this guy interrupting so I can form my own opinion.

I don’t really understand the downvotes lol all I was saying is that if you use your freedom of speech then you shouldn’t be prosecuted but I guess people didn’t get that from my comment?

Here’s the article- https://www.wxyz.com/news/region/macomb-county/grieving-dad-jailed-for-repeatedly-criticizing-court-system-in-macomb-county It was social media posts. Read into it. In no way did he threaten anyone or anything like that. The jailing is completely unjustified.

But that’s on them, not the person that said whatever to them. If you punch someone, expect battery charges. If you use your free speech, you should not look at legal action against you.

His comment made no sense. Being jailed for something you said, and being decked for something you said are 2 completely different scenarios. Because we have freedom of speech, we cannot be jailed or anything regarding law for something we say. We are however, not protected by law from being punched in the face for saying something to someone.

You’re allowed to criticize a judge for a stupid thing he/she did. He should not have been jailed for criticizing the judge because - freedom of speech.

What happened to freedom of speech?
/r/PussyPass18/12/20 02:11 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
