Yes that is true. You must have watched the Netflix documentatry where that Canadian billionaires son can't drive, but in order for the F1 team (I think was some British team) that had to kick one of their drivers because of money issues.

If you are speaking from experience could be true (for you because everyone has different experience depending on types of people and geographics). Not saying is not possible or is a must, but evolutionary speaking, we have been engraved the idea over evolution that a man must be the "more of a women". Not saying that now is a must, but from evolutionary point of view it has been like that for long time. Well things changed in the 19th and especially 20th-21st century but we still have that inst…

Exactly! That is my point. Unfortunately, some don't do the work until they hit rock bottom and very few bounce up when they do. If you do the work, it only gets better. Not easier but better.

Very good points. To elaborate on your point: We all know down deep inside ourselves why we are not good enough. I mean you just have to be better than her in most aspects. You have to be physically fit to show signs that you can protect her (thinking from evolutionary point of view). You need to have a large tribe at least as large as hers (friend groups). You need to earn more than her for sure. Isn' that the point of hypergamy? She needs a man that will be able to look after her offsprings so…

Good advice but I get what OP is saying. I mean realistially because we men are logical thinkers, it is hard to ignore the following facts: - How we look on the ouside: Good physical looks is an indication of potency for both genders. Additionally being physically fit as you know implies that we can protect our partners from threads from evolutionary point of view. - Being financially independent: How would you feel if she earns more then you? That tilts the power factor in the relationship. Fem…

Hey data hoarder here. Using Youtube-dl to download selected profiles videos. I just open the first video as a playlist and it loads all the videos on the channel. Then copy and last the link to terminal to download. List the channels that you guys want to be downloaded and I will get involved too. All downloaded content will be available as a torrent and uploaded to an online cloud storage. Happy to take part in this. Not only videos but articles too. Just let me know.

I get what you mean but trust me on this one, sleep is overlooked when it comes to "achieving goals" and "hustling". I didn't fully understand the importance of sleep in one go actually. As you mentioned yourself, all these motivational speakers talk about "work" but not enough about sleep. Gary Veynerchuk is one of them too. I was surprised when I learned how important actually sleep is. What led me to learn about the importance of sleep was actually TRP. We are no designed to work for long per…

One must pay attention to energy levels! This could be the root for people feeling "unmotivated". Sleep is important and one cannot just "catch up" on sleep. Regular 8 hours of sleep every day with maybe some naps really helps during the day.

This man from the future knows what he is talking about. You got the golden fish with this idea mate. That's smart! It will be also a possible business opportunity for OP.

“Because a man who does his best with the cards he’s dealt deserves everyone’s admiration and respect.” Thats my takeaway from this post. Its truly a perspective changing sentence!

I think I feel what OP is talking about because right now I am in the same position. For me personally, I come from the mindset "Why would a girl like me? I don't have/ do x,y,z". In this example x, y, z could be the following: Not being financially independent Living with parents Skinny Socially awkward Not being able to establish close connection with people Your suggestion to go out, join societies and clubs is good, but I think you are missing one point: individualistic sports/ activities. F…

Another point is, how you become fast and accurate!? I am in a similar situation and right now. I am overwhelmed to work 11 hours a day for not much money where I live, and in a fast food industry speed and accuracy is a must. Before I saw this post, I actually Googled "low energy levels in men". Its not like I haven't done it before, but I wonder if being fast and accurate while being energetic and in a nice mood is genetic, energy levels, or just habits/practice!? People suggest Zinc of testos…

Courses are bullshit. I know this from experience. And with this many courses, usually we have the paradox of choice and end up not watching even a single one.

This is something like "how to unfuck yourself for dummies". Well written, simple and straight to the point. Thanks.

Wow. Not many people in their early 20s have a lot of meaningful for them accomplishments to the point where if they die tomorrow, they will leave this Earth with a smile on their face. I want to congratulate you for that. A lot of the people I know (including myself) are stuck in a student depth, trying to go Uni, work part time and make two ends meet. Of course, there is that time left where one can start working on themselves and their side business so that they improve their quality of life.…

True. I am a man and nobody is going to save me. I must take care of myself and my family. Ignoring people and not dealing with them is great both for your energy and for avoiding disasters. But I don't like people talking shit to me in front of other people, and if they are equal to me or my age (or just few years older than me), I immediately put them on their place and don't talk to them until they chase my ass and apologies as a man. That is the case if that person is somebody that I see or …

Good and sensible reply. It reminded me of Jordan B Peterson's book called "12 Rules for Life", where he talks about men testing other men. As far as I remember, it was in a railway building company where Peterson used to work. He shared his experience where men used to test newcomers with very harsh ways like throwing bricks on their helmet and just "harass" the newcomer to test their ability to withstand pressure and see how new the newcomers handle and integrate into the team. I understand th…

Okay here is a example: I was doing a job for a client/ boss, one of his staff few times as a joke implied that I should do my job faster. As time progressed it literally became kind of like a harassment as he was directly saying that I work slow. He is literally nobody, just a dude in his 40s that is working for a minimum wage job. I am really good at what I do and very fast and it made me frustrated that this guy that is nobody saying and fucking up with me about my performance and speed of my…

True. I mean if one looks at a girls tinder, he will realised how easy for a girl to get matches is. A girl can literally get 99+ likes in 10 minutes from the moment she joins Tinder, and with each swipe she will get a match. I’ve realised that recently. And oh gosh, the competition is trough the roof! One must be really top level to get matches and stand out from the crowd, yet alone to go on a date. The OP I guess is top notch guy, so good luck my man.

One must do everything in moderation. If there is no self-control and when one overconsumes, one must stay away from that thing and narrow down on resources. I get what you mean and to some extent is true. Thanks.

Im in the same boat. Youtube/ Amazon Prime Video consumes a lot of my time. People say “its how you use it” and to some point that is true. My case is that I want to consume high value content for lets say 20 minutes on YouTube and get off it, but I end of watching low value content for 2 hours after those 20 minutes. I assume other people are in the same situation too and the best way to deal with it is as you suggested, to delete the app and block it from your main operating system. Same for s…

I am going to be busy on high-value activities. Social media consumes way too much of my time with no benefit to me, therefore I will be off social media and YouTube too. This is because YouTube in a way is somehow similar to Social Media, it has that endless scrolling and new videos. Our brain has changed so much that all we want is instant reward without the work, we see the best girls and cars on social media, we double click and get a “reward” (somehow) and we just keep repeating the cycle. …

Can you tell us more about monk mode? Or your own method of monk mode.

Thanks man really insightful advice! Really agree what you wrote. Important part to touch on is the consistency and the application of those skills and new informations gained through reading. For example I read the book “What every body is saying” about body language and how to read people, but the things I learned obviously I didn’t remember all the information but I have a good understanding of the basics and I need to apply it into every day life. And yet, when I start talking with someone I…

As startliving for now mentioned, the handbook is a guide from reddit posts and has additional resources like books and websites to learn from. There is no monk mode directly, and you can go monkmode by just following everything strictly and working on yourself without wasting time.

lol I will be 20 and I am getting super stressed that I am running out of time. Im like am I the only one living with parents, relying on them, going uni and having no girlfriend... could you elaborate on monk mode? I started reading books suggested in the handbook and will see what happens.
