Nearly One-Third Of College Men In Study Say They Would Commit Rape (More bogus rape hysteria "research") Link HuffPoBut you're saying 'You remove all reason to avoid rape', which is an entirely different statement from, 'If you remove all these reasons, it is not rape any longer. See what I'm saying? | /r/MensRights | 13/01/15 12:57 AM
Nearly One-Third Of College Men In Study Say They Would Commit Rape (More bogus rape hysteria "research") Link HuffPoThat was never your point, you're just backtracking. Earlier you compared a 'no consequence rape' to something as harmless as farting in someone's direction- hardly the same thing as 'demonstrating there's no such thing'. | /r/MensRights | 12/01/15 10:22 PM
Nearly One-Third Of College Men In Study Say They Would Commit Rape (More bogus rape hysteria "research") Link HuffPoYou can say a grape is a bear all you want, but that doesn't make it so. Your example is entirely moot. What you said was 'Temporary consequences, however quickly fleeting, are still consequences'. So I ask you again, how is it possible to rape someone if there are literally no consequences? | /r/MensRights | 12/01/15 09:23 PM
Nearly One-Third Of College Men In Study Say They Would Commit Rape (More bogus rape hysteria "research") Link HuffPoThat wasn't the parameters that you set forth, and you didn't answer my question at all, so I'm going to assume that you're incapable of doing so. | /r/MensRights | 12/01/15 08:53 PM
Nearly One-Third Of College Men In Study Say They Would Commit Rape (More bogus rape hysteria "research") Link HuffPoSo how is it rape if there are literally no consequences in the way you're describing? With your parameters, it would be literally impossible to perform the act of rape with no consequences. | /r/MensRights | 12/01/15 08:15 PM
Femme International's "Sponsor a Boy" programme includes discussion of "the wider issues of gender equality, consent and empowerment". Sounds like it's (at least partly) about spreading the feminist viewpoint of the world.Fair enough, they are a feminist organization- I didn't look through their website before. I read through the program and it doesn't seem that unreasonable; it looks like basically a sex ed program performed inside a school for both boys and girls, with an emphasis on consent, likely because the area has issues with consent and rape problems, and they get a basic health kit at the end of it which includes a bar of soap, a plastic cup, a small towel and a razor. Not exactly food and water we're t… | /r/MensRights | 12/01/15 06:48 PM
Nearly One-Third Of College Men In Study Say They Would Commit Rape (More bogus rape hysteria "research") Link HuffPoNo I mean in the moment. Like... You can either have consent or no consent; the definition of rape means to have sex with someone without their consent. If you're raping an AI or someone who's going to completely forget, during the act of rape there is still the horror and terror present in the victim, even if it is gone later. See? | /r/MensRights | 12/01/15 06:38 PM
Nearly One-Third Of College Men In Study Say They Would Commit Rape (More bogus rape hysteria "research") Link HuffPoI would hope that people would still not want to rape simply because it causes pain and horror to the victim, even if say, you were raping an AI computer in some expansive MMORPG or something. I mean... If it were anyone I knew who liked to do that or enjoyed that experience, I would frankly be disappointed and disgusted with them, that they garnered sexual pleasure in such a way, as I feel it would illustrate deeper character traits about them as a person. | /r/MensRights | 12/01/15 08:45 AM

Sounds like it's (at least partly) about spreading the feminist viewpoint of the world.I can agree with that sentiment entirely. I never understood why religious people had to do their missionary work with religious requirements, rather than perks. If there is some part of this program that grants something that is an absolute necessity like food, water or shelter and they are denying that to boys who won't sit through some seminar on gender equality, that would be absolutely abhorrent. However, I don't think that's the issue that the other people in this thread see with this prog… | /r/MensRights | 12/01/15 08:21 AM |

Sounds like it's (at least partly) about spreading the feminist viewpoint of the world. So say that they aren't giving practical support like you want; you think it's a good idea to immediately shit all over them and tear them apart when they start? That's supposed to encourage them? | /r/MensRights | 12/01/15 06:32 AM |
Beating men to death for false rape is commonPretty sure getting a flat drink at a Denny's is common; mobs of people murdering men accused of rape? Not so much... | /r/MensRights | 12/01/15 05:33 AM
