1	Best self-improvement books? I think it's great. It's a little on the philosophical side but once you get used to it you see how the concepts can be applied. Like "Being between this and that". The idea is not being caught up in the past or future, which is one of the ideals of zen. I don't know about others but I sometimes find myself not in the present and being in my head. That usually ruins experiences for me at times. Thinking as I wrote above has helped me a lot over the past month.	/r/seduction	09/04/14 09:33 AM
