To be honest it has limited the number of new people I meet. During this time I have use dating apps and used some posts in this subreddit to help as I have never been too familiar with dating apps. It stops you from getting caught up on one thing for too long and helps you move on very quickly. By always pursue I meant with different girls, never wait too long to text a girl. I work on myself first, in terms of education, work, and gym. When I do that I gain more confidence and feel a lot less stress when talking and approaching women. But if you don't feel like talking to girls you don't have to. Don't force yourself to when you don't want to, as long as every once in a while you show up to events and remain a little social that's all good.
