2	Trying to prepare better mentally going out to bars/clubs once quarantine ends. I'm 6'4, skinny but in good shape but suffer from approach anxiety. 3	The ultimate goal to confidence is being able to not give a fuck. No matter how many rejections you get, no many how times you get turned down you do not let it determine you. Because results comes when you stop giving a fuck and getting outside of your comfort zone. I read a post here once that said 'imagine the person you're about to speak to is going to like you.' It made me realize that, unless this person was already a miserable prick, I was likely going to have at least a neutral to positive experience engaging this person. I've rolled with that notion since and haven't looked back. The benefit to this approach (like with many) is that after you do it a few times you become more comfortable and your interactions/outcomes improve.
