She hit him intentionally and she pulled her gun first, IMO morally (legally is another story and im not a lawyer) its justifiable. He didn't follow her home with intent to kill her just make sure she faced consequences for hitting him and she may not have even known he had a gun which makes her actions worst. I think the case can be made that if they were following her they had ample time to get her license plate and after that didn't need to actually confront her at her home but he probably wa…

So would you also hit someone with your car then flee the scene? If so then I would also assume you're an idiot like this woman was.

Who else do you want to report it? It's not really breaking national news, it did go viral online and she lost her seat most likely because of it not sure what else there is to do.

I don't know about the rules regarding spouses and an inheritance but even of they weren't married arent common law marriages a thing in some states.

Someone else suggested she might have tried to hide assets and that is why she might have to pay such a high settlement if so she deserves it. Otherwise I don't really like the idea of anyone getting such a free ride just because they were married to a high earner. Fuck this support the lifestyle they've become accustomed to bullshit.

They weren't Chinese but a friend of mine said she went to a dinner where someone's Asian parents were there also and the dad who was seated next to her started eating off her plate like it was no big deal. She was obviously pissed but didn't want to cause a scene.

"I'm not saying they was obligated to come assist me!" Immediatley goes on to imply they weren't real men because they didn't help her.

I agree with both the first and second one, I mean other people's relationships are their own business doesn't mean I won't instinctively judge them though. Fuck the third one though.

I know it's wrong to downplay the rape when the woman's attractive but I feel extra bad for the kid.

I think there's a difference between these women who are paying alimony and the woman who receive alimony, . My issue is why this is newsworthy? Yeah, they're pissed maybe rightfully so but men have been getting screwed over by alimony for decades and I'm sure no reporter asked any of them how they felt about it.

Yeah, it pisses me off no one did shit when she was threatening him and swung at him but as soon as he hit her back suddenly it became everyone against him.

I've seen people saying "He must've said more than "be nicer"" That's disgusting, even if he told her "shut the fuck up bitch" that doesn't excuse murder.

Without Harold Ramos I'm hesitant about any new Ghostbusters, does this one include Murray, Akroyd, and Jones? Also I would have been more onboard with the female Ghostbusters if it had been a continuation like this one seems to be other than a complete reboot.

If she stopped him then why is she refusing to give him her info? I never been one to ask for a cops info but do believe it should be provided if asked so even if she's off duty if shes going to make a stop then she should be required to give it.

Well one was 18 in most places that's considered an adult, if he was her student at the time she should definitely lose her job but jail? As for the 15 year old no matter what I think it's still a crime and she should be sentenced accordingly.

That would be indecent exposure not rape. It's prosituion if your paying or being paid to physically have sex with someone, there might be more than one person there and they're having sex but they're not paying each other your just paying for the opportunity to watch. Its more akin to stripping. It is confusing though because I could accept an argument that pornstars being paid to have sex is a form of prostitution and camming is just making porn but they're not the same.

But most guys can pick a big girl up easily, metaphorically speaking, without having to rape her.

If I'm remembering right the charges against him were dropped, have no idea if he kept his job though. Also remember the women did plead guilty but again have no idea what their punishments were.

That's pretty fucked up then. She convinced him to kill himself then tells others not to and that they should get help, that just pisses me off so much.

She started a Suicide Prevention Fundraiser in his name so hopefully they throw that in her face if she tries to say she was only doing what is best for him.

Where did I say that what's happening him is OK? I make one comment suggesting a woman doesn't deserve to get her ass beat like her friends and suddenly I'm a white knight.

First of all do you even know what this fight is about? Putting your hand on someone isn't the same as punching them in face. When the other women and man started hitting him she was clearly trying to stop them. And how the fuck does me making one comment about my observation about a video mean I "can't help but to try and make every excuse possible for women". Sorry I try to look at everyone's actions before making comments about videos where we don't even know what the fucks going on but last …

They always show the guy who works the lie detector and he will say that they are foolproof and that from his expertise they work 100% of the time, because of course he's not biased or anything.

Didn't one of the cops say that she told him that he punched her in the nose but she didn't have any marks and that she didn't want medical attention? I took that to mean he wasn't buying her story.

This doesn't seem like a pussypass denial maybe she thought he wouldn't hit her because she's a girl but we can't know that for sure and she doesnt say anything like that in the video and everyone seemed to be against her. Also I can't tell if the guys yelling are "white knighting" or not considering all the oohs and "oh snap". It's my opinion that if you you should never hit someone without the expectation that they're going to hit you back and I like videos of someone hitting someone and then …

First this isn't /r/pussypass it's /r/pussypassdenied. Also if this had been a guy or an unattractive girl everyone would say they got what they deserved but it's some hot chick so of course the guy is a faggot for calling the cops.

If something happens and her baby gets hurt could the venue be held responsible? That would be reason enough to ask her to move.
