1	50/50 assets splitting is not a fair policy. Since you posted about assets and marriage, I stayed in these parameters. Marriage wasn’t intended at first to be interrupted by a divorce. -1	50/50 assets splitting is not a fair policy. Because. Married. As a married couple you share assets 50/50. When you divorce, that 50/50 is a snapshot of your situation juust before the divorce. So you go both on your ways with half of the asset. It’s not a question of male or female or whatever. Some jurisdictions impose a pension to keep that kinda equal. Bullshit. The marriage ended.
