What you need to understand initially is that this sub is about self betterment when it comes to sexing women. Are other area's of your life going to improve? This is absolutely true. When I was at my worst emotionally and financially, I still managed to hit the gym and am so thankful that I still had the discipline to maintain my workouts. They may not have always been as hard as I wanted, but now that things are working out for the better, I have increased my performance 100X fold because I did something vs. not going. Discipline is powerful.

If there was any one thing that has immensely helped improve my social status, it's the ability to recognize and pass shit tests. Not just from women, but from EVERYONE. It's amazing how much more people respect you when you don't put up with their bullshit. I'm not a doctor, but from what several doctors have told me is that some people take the meds for a period and can quit with no issue and some people relapse after being off the meds.
