Read up on abortion literature. There are many forms of abortion. There is not just one pill to swallow and the fetus disappears. Generally after 15 weeks, the fetus needs to be pulled out limb-by-limb to complete the abortion. The fetus is torn apart. Both Mississippi and Florida ban abortion after 15 weeks unless medically necessary. Also to clarify, abortion before 15 weeks is also morally wrong on a viable fetus that is not of rape or incest.
