Personality plays a massive role too.

In some cases this doesn't work. My lower back muscles are so overused and tight due to heavy deadlifting, that my deep abdominal muscles aren't activating when they should, leading to some lower back pain/tightness. Your body needs to be well balanced strength wise.

I'm just trying to get you to have a look at it from a different viewpoint. Your comment before to me is comparable to saying genetics do not play a role in some families all being plagued with certain disease. I agree it's all about calories in vs calories out, however if you got one guy eating 2500cal of junk food a day, and one guy eating 2500cal of healthy fats, protein and carbohydrate there will be a difference. I still disagree... the bloke eats almost twice as much as me. If genetics don't play a role in fat then you can't say it plays a role in building muscle. Genetics most certainly determines if you gain weight or not. And you need to differentiate between weight gained (muscle) and fat gained. My mate cannot put any fat on himself no matter how hard he tries. Myself it's a lot easier. Genetics definitely plays a role.

I agree. And you were really lucky she was receptive. What's even more lucky is the fact you were messaging her at 10am during the day - where she actually had the time to lay on her stomach and get you a photo. Good timing I say, but lucky. Glad it worked out for you in the end

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
