Oh okay, then I'd recommend using expat groups (choose any. currently, I joined a British expat community, I have a thing for British women), night clubs, sign up for activity clubs (cooking and dancing suffice), and many other things. If you really feel like you want somebody then signup for speed dating and make sure you are interesting.

From my own experience, alcohol is a no no. Yah, it makes you feel like you give no fucks but it also brings up a lot of unresolved personal problems, if you don't have them sorted. Not sexy at all. I'd say don't over do it. As far as recreational drugs it can lead to dependency if you aren't careful. I'd say only use stuff like pot(weed) only when you are social with her. Just limit the use is what I'm saying.

Dude I just don't understand most of this stuff, and I try my best to go out and approach. My anxiety is usually elevated before the approach, I count to 3 and boom I'm in set but the set doesn't go far, like about 2-3minutes(currently working on raising set minutes). A woman literally said I'm like an interviewer and shut me down I actually laughed and walked away. Plus the corona virus is really limiting me from my demographics here in my country.
